Paid health services: Overview of reported diagnoses according to subchapters of ICD-10
Description
As part of the publication of data from the National Register of Paid Health Services (NRHZS), a data set was created providing information on the number of patients with reported diagnoses disaggregated by sex, age and residence in the form of aggregated data at the level of individual subchapters of the ICD-10 coding. The dataset contains data on reported health services covered by public health insurance from 2010 until the last closed year. One line of the file contains information about diagnoses in the appropriate detail in combination with other monitored parameters (age, gender, district of residence). Records are also divided according to the position of the reported diagnosis (main or secondary). The names and other characteristics of the diagnoses and their groups are available on the website dedicated to https://mkn10.uzis.cz/prohlizec. The dataset is created in accordance with the national methodology for the creation of open data and is available in the national catalogue.
