Paid health services: Reported mass-produced medicinal products under public health insurance
Description
As part of the publication of data from the National Register of Reimbursable Health Services (NRHZS), a dataset was created providing information on the number of patients with reported medicinal products and the volume of prescribed medicinal products. The numbers are disaggregated by sex, age and residence of the patient in the form of aggregated data at the level of individual drug codes according to the ATC classification. One record (row) of the dataset contains information about one ATC group within a given year in stratification according to the demographic characteristics of the patient (sex, age, district of residence). The evaluated indicators are the number of unique patients with a prescribed drug from the selected ATC group, the number of prescriptions, the sum of recommended daily doses and the sum of the usual therapeutic daily doses. The dataset is created in accordance with the national methodology for the creation of open data and is available in the national catalogue.
