Healthcare services reported under public health insurance
Description
As part of the publication of data from the National Register of Paid Health Services (NRHZS), a data set was created providing information on the volume of reported health care services in the form of aggregated data. The data set makes it possible to evaluate the frequency of health care services covered by public insurance from 2010 to the last closed year. One record (row) of the dataset contains information about one health care performance (coded according to the code list of performances) within a given year in stratification according to the demographic characteristics of the patient (sex, age, district of residence). The evaluated indicators are the number of reported procedures and the number of unique patients with a given procedure. Within a given procedure, it is possible to add the reported amount and number of patients across different stratification categories. For a given procedure, it is possible to determine the total number and total number of patients in each year. The dataset is created in accordance with the national methodology for the creation of open data and is available in the national catalogue.
