Overview of reported adverse events in inpatient care
Description
The dataset contains an overview of adverse events (AEs), their breakdown by health institution or type of health service provider (HR/EMS) and the year in which the adverse event occurred (from 2018 to the last closed year). The aim is to provide an overview of reported (reported) numbers of adverse events by health service providers in each category in a summary analysis of data for a given year.
