Reproductive health: Newborns and care in the delivery room
Description
As part of the publication of data from the National Register of Reproductive Health (NRRZ), a data set was prepared that provides information about the newborn and its health in the form of fully anonymised primary data. This is a thematically focused dataset that allows you to evaluate the availability and use of services/care in the delivery room, such as early attachment of the baby to the mother's breast within 60 minutes after birth, delayed cord ligation or bonding or skin to skin contact. Due to the nature and availability of the monitored characteristics, it contains data only from 2022 and focuses on live births during vaginal birth.
One line of the file contains information about the live birth and the care provided to him in the delivery room, and thus allows a detailed analysis of the specific characteristics of the child and the care provided to him according to gestational age.
The dataset aims to cover a narrowly defined thematic area and allow users to carry out their own analytical processing. This thematic dataset is completely separate, non-interconnectable. The set is created in accordance with the national methodology for creating open data and is available in the national catalogue.
A summary code list has been created for the NRRZ datasets to make it easier for the user to work with these datasets.
