Characteristics of hospitalization cases of acute care with cardiological diagnosis
Description
The data set allows to evaluate the number of hospitalized patients with cardiological diagnosis. Data collected in individual years can be stratified according to the demographic characteristics of patients (sex, age category, region of residence) or the region of the medical facility. In addition, it is possible to evaluate the diagnosis of patients or death during hospitalization. Data on acute care hospitalization cases are available from 2010 until the last closed year.
One record (row) of the dataset contains information about the number of hospitalized patients with cardiological diagnosis in a given year, depending on the sex, age category and place of residence of the patient.
