Elected from the Etablissement Public Foncier Local des Collectivités de Côte-d'Or.
The entire land action of the City of Dijon is taken care of. The department manages all acquisitions, pre-emptions and disposals, as well as the analysis and processing of declarations of intent to dispose. He is also in charge of the conduct of the classification and declassification procedures in the public domain.
The service also intervenes on request for the member municipalities. The land portage carried out by the Etablissement Public Foncier Local (EPFL) of the communities of Côte-d'Or is also supported as part of a complete pooling of resources.
Each land file is thus conducted, processed and monitored in its entirety, from acquisition negotiations to payment of the sale price, from deliberation or pre-emption decree to the promise to sell and then to the authentic, notarial or administrative deed.
