Personal Autonomy Allowance (APA) at home in Maine-et-Loire
Description
Number of people who benefit from the Personalised Autonomy Allowance (APA) at home paid by the Department of Maine-et-Loire, at the departmental level.
The geographical scope of the dataset corresponds to the beneficiary’s municipality of residence.
Allowance for the maintenance of the elderly at home. Possible aid: human assistance (help for the person, household chores, night care, cost of carrying meals, help with respite of carers) and technical assistance (subscription to teleassistance, equipment, adaptation of accommodation).
The number of beneficiaries is given by IRM (iso-resource group) which corresponds to the level of loss of autonomy. There are six GIRs, GIR 1 corresponds to the highest level of loss of autonomy and the lowest GIR 6. Only GIRs 1 to 4 benefit from the APA.
**Statistical confidentiality is applied: not all information containing less than 5 individuals is filled in (empty beneficiary cell). When the cell contains the number 0, there is no beneficiary to count.**
