Collection of decrees and decisions of the Department of Loire-Atlantique

All orders and decisions taken by the Department of Loire-Atlantique since 2023. It should be noted that deliberations since 2008 are published in individualised ways in a dedicated game.

This game contains several types of documents:

• of collections usually monthly:
• the Compendium of Orders and Decisions no longer contains deliberations, but only orders and decisions as of June 2022;
• the Registration of Administrative Acts brings together until June 2022 the deliberations of the departmental assembly and the decisions of the standing committee as well as the acts of the President of the Department of a regulatory nature. (unpublished until file anonymisation)
• specific orders or deliberations** such as:

• the President’s delegation of signature orders;

• the President’s interim orders.
