The [Order] (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000038318675) of 22 March 2019 on essential data requires all French public buyers (local authorities, ministries, public hospitals, public institutions, etc.) to publish the essential data of their public contracts and concession contracts on their buyer profile for a period of five years. It is also possible to publish them on the national open data portal (data.gouv.fr)
In order to facilitate the consumption of this data on a national scale, we have developed scripts gathering, reprocessing and enriching public procurement data from data.gouv.fr. The resulting single file consists exclusively of _procurement_ data which comply with the main regulatory requirements in terms of formats, variables and schemas.
