Public collective equipment of the Mayenne Departmental Council

Description

The geolocated data allowing to draw up the inventory and to map the **public collective equipment** located in the territory of the Mayenne, represent a major challenge of knowledge for all strata of local authorities. Reformulated and refined after several field experiments, the definition proposed by the Equipco working group of the PACA CRIGE states that a public collective equipment is " _equipment offering a service to the public: structures or buildings, public or private, meeting the needs of the population in a territory.
