This dataset deals with the percentage of sustainable food (organic products, local products and labeled products: Label Rouge, fishing MSC, Bleu Blanc Cœur, AOP/AOC) served in the canteens of nursery and elementary schools of Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The name “Sustainable Food” corresponds to the total of the other 3 data: Bio + Local + Labels.
The data is calculated in terms of components of a meal.
