Share of low-emission vehicles in fleet renewal
Description
Pursuant to Article D. 224-15-13 II of the Environmental Code referred to above, data relating to the renewals of vehicle fleets and the proportion of low and very low emissions vehicles in such renewals are defined and made available in accordance with the rules laid down in the benchmark annexed to the [Order of 29 December 2020](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000042754492/2022-10-12/).
It lays down the terms and conditions for the publication of the percentage of low and very low emissions vehicles among vehicles integrated in a fleet renewal.
