Description
The ECAP is a territorial project led by a local operator that allows agricultural holdings in the territory to subscribe to agri-environmental and climate measures (AMEC): the implementation of more sustainable agricultural practices entitles public subsidies. This programme is part of the second pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
