Identification of the reporting obligations of regional elected representatives
Description
In accordance with the deliberations adopted by the Regional Council in January and May 2016, the majority of elected officials filed with the Ethics Commission a declaration of interests and a certificate relating to social housing. The latter indicates that they do not reside in regional social housing, that they will not ask for it for themselves or their family members and that, if they occupy social housing other than regional, they undertake to leave it if, with their elected officials' allowances, they exceed the legal income ceiling.
**Incomplete declaration of interest**: elected official who did not indicate the activities of his/her spouse, partner, cohabitee in his/her declaration of interest.
**Incomplete certificate of social housing**: elected official who has not completed the attestation that he does not reside in a regional social housing and only stated that he ‘respects the law’.
