Priority areas of city policy
Description
The graphic layer describes the perimeters of the priority geography of city policy in Île-de-France.
City policy is based on a partnership between the State, local authorities and their partners (social donors, business circles, CAF, associations, etc.) and is based on a priority geography. The perimeters of the priority districts of the city policy are fixed by Decree No 2014-1750 of 30 December 2014, throughout the national territory. They were defined on the sole criterion of the low income of the inhabitants. The NQPV layer includes the perimeters of the city's new priority districts (as well as for Paris, the contours of active watch districts). The active watch districts correspond in Paris to the CUCS (Contrat Urbain de Cohésion Sociale) 2007-2014 districts not renewed under the new priority geography, as well as to the old watch districts.
The data is divided into three categories:
* **NQPV**: an NQPV neighbourhood corresponds to a regulatory priority neighbourhood defined at national level on the basis of the single criterion of concentration of poverty.
* **QVA**: an active watch district corresponds to a former CUCS district (district of the urban contract of social cohesion 2007-2014) not selected among the NQPV neighborhoods of the new contract of City 2015-2010
* **AQV**: an old watch district corresponds to a CUCS watch district 2007-2014
