Description
The Region organises with the Drac Île-de-France, from 21 September to 31 December, a great poetry contest inviting children aged 8 to 12 to tell or describe their favorite monument or work of art in poetry.
Children are invited to write a poem to tell or describe their favorite heritage in the Île-de-France region. It is up to them to choose their monument or their work, to find their style and to take care of the presentation to be one of the winners!
In verse or prose, it is originality that prevails, in the choice of heritage as the realisation. Children must let their creativity and imagination speak!
Key: many exceptional prizes to win: admissions to the museum, cultural vouchers, subscriptions to the contest’s partner magazines (“Le Petit Léonard”, “Virgule”...)
This contest offers 2 modes of participation: in the family context or in the context of a writing workshop whose dataset gives the information.
