Inventory of the main algorithms of the Île-de-France Region
Description
Pursuant to Article L312-1-2 of the Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration (CRPA), the Region publishes the rules defining the main algorithmic treatments used in the performance of its tasks when they base individual decisions”.
The inventory is being compiled. Some algorithmic treatments have information that will be completed soon.
The dataset is structured in several parts:
1. **Administration information**
* Name of community,
* SIRET code,
* Direction and/or service carrying the algorithm
* Contact
2. **Description**
* Algorithm name
* Global context (policy or regulatory framework)
* Purpose of the algorithm (what is it for?)
* How and when does the algorithm intervene in decision-making?
* Level of decision automation (automated decision or decision support)
* Framework deliberation (legal basis of the individual decision)
3. **Information on the impact of the decision**
* Number of decisions per year
* Scope of the decision (external users, regional or elected officials)
* Public affected by the decision (Who is affected by this decision?)
4. **Internal algorithm operation**
* Data processed
* Source of processed data (Who provides the data?)
* Method of collection of processed data (How are the data initially collected)
* Type of algorithm
* Operations performed by the algorithm
5. **Metadata**
* Documentation status (Finalised or Work in progress)
* Date of update of algorithm information
