Datapass authorisations granted to the Île-de-France Region
Description
As part of its digital transformation strategy, the Île-de-France Region has launched a project to simplify procedures for users. This approach includes the "Tell us once" principle, which aims not to ask a user for information held by another public actor. To implement this principle, the Region collects the necessary data from other French public actors in accordance with Article L.114-8 of the Code of relations between the public and the administration. To this end, it makes requests for authorisations on the Datapass service linking consumers and data providers set up by Beta.gouv.fr (Interministerial Directorate for Digital).
The following dataset lists the authorisations granted to the Region and validated via DataPass. It allows any citizen to consult:
* The list of data providers from which the Region has obtained authorizations,
* the list of information or data collected by the Region in this context,
* the legal basis for the exchange of data.
