Scholarship students in health and social training (Feb. 2013)
Description
Extraction concerns students who have put together a file to obtain a scholarship. Some students have not finalised their scholarship application file (drafting file or not processed by the school).
The codes associated with certain data have the following meaning:
* Civility: Ms (=1); Mr (=2)
* Nationality: French (=1); EU nationals (=2); foreigners outside the European Union (=3)
* Period Id: computer coding for the period starting in September 2007=1
* State File: DNT = dossier notified (agreement or refusal); DAI = file awaiting instruction (file that has been validated by the school in error or never completed by the student); DIN= incomplete files (reported by the school)
* Decision: AB = stock exchange stoppage (in case of abandonment); BA= scholarship awarded; BR= Scholarship refused; DI= incomplete file (reported by the Region); ND= no decision; RGA= Ex gratia appeal granted; RGR= Ex gratia appeal refused
* Date Validation Student = date on which the student has definitively validated online the creation of his/her scholarship application
* Date Validation Centre = date on which the training centre has definitively validated the student’s application
* Date Notification = date on which the Region to launch the notification procedure: agreement or refusal
