Co-ownerships in difficulty supported by the Region (CDSR) for energy-saving works
Description
Co-ownerships labeled “Co-ownership in difficulty supported by the Region” (CDSR). They are helped to make works that allow up to 60 % of energy savings in Parisian private collective housing. A provisional amount of work of EUR 28 million is dedicated to them. They benefit from a specific specification including a thermal/energy renovation component. The estimated amount covers all the work: classics + energy savings.
