Projects Winning the Ecological Participatory Budget
Description
The Ile-de-France Region puts its participatory budget under the sign of ecology and devotes 500 million euros over 5 years. Launched in the summer of 2020, this unprecedented citizen approach at the level of a region invites all Francilians to participate: by proposing projects that preserve the environment or by voting for their favorites.
The dataset presents all the winning projects of the first three editions (October 2020, March 2021 and November 2021).
**Type of project**
* The **local projects** can benefit from funding between EUR 1000 and EUR 10,000 covering capital expenditure depending on the project.
* The **major projects** may benefit from aid which the Region grants even outside the Participatory Budget. Projects participating in the operation eligible for this type of aid may receive an additional 10 %, up to a limit of EUR 300,000.
