"Gourmet Heritage" database of Île-de-France

Description

All the documentary and bibliographic research linked to the study on Île-de-France’s gourmet heritage, commissioned by the Heritage and Inventory Department, has led to the identification of 3777 items of this heritage throughout the region. This set has been integrated into a database. The database gathers: items from the Inventory files, items from the Historical Monuments sheets, the PREDOC, MEMOIRE and PALISSY databases, items identified in the volumes of the Flohic editions, scattered items identified in the bibliography, journals or articles. _N. B.: The level of geocoding accuracy varies depending on the information provided in the database. Geocoding is therefore not always accurate (street level - > common level)._
