Description
Since 1 July 2022, pursuant to Articles L4132-12, L4141-1 and R. 4141-2 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities, a web module publishes the administrative acts of the Region. This dataset proposes the administrative acts of this module filtered on the opinions of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of the Île-de-France region (Ceser).
The main fields of the Ceser’s opinions:
- Identifier (SIRET code) of the Region
- Identifier and number of the notice
- Title of the opinion
- Date of Ceser’s notice (date_presentation)
- Date of publication in webmodule of administrative acts
- Date used for the search filter in the module (date_display)
- Text of the opinion in HTML format
- URL of the notice in PDF format
