Attendance of elected officials from 2016 to 2023
Description
Number of meetings and % of unjustified absences per year, semester and per regional elected representative to the plenary assemblies of the regional council, the standing committees and the thematic committees.
Attendance was neutralised, i.e. not deducted in 2020 and 2021 because of the COVID pandemic, which resulted in meetings with reduced quorums, i.e. during which some elected representatives were asked not to sit: Therefore, it was not possible to establish a balance sheet of attendance over these two years.

**Data structure amended on 9 May 2023**: addition of the resignation column from the second half of 2022
**Data structure modified on 24 August 2023:** addition of columns related to the accounting or not of justified absences. Under the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, justified absences are counted above a ceiling of 30% of absences.
