Results of official health controls: ‘Alim’confidence’ information system
Description
Publication of the results of official controls on food safety since 1 March 2017.
The information relating to the four levels of hygiene:
* **Very satisfactory level of hygiene**: establishments with no non-compliances, or with only minor non-compliances.
* **Satisfactory level of hygiene**: establishments with non-compliances which do not justify the adoption of administrative police measures but to which the administrative authority sends a reminder of the rules with a view to improving practices.
* ** Hygiene level to be improved**: establishments whose operator has been given notice to carry out corrective measures within a time limit set by the administrative authority and which leads to a new check by the State services to verify the implementation of these corrective measures.
* ** Hygiene level to be urgently corrected**: establishments with non-conformities likely to endanger the health of the consumer and for which the administrative authority orders the administrative closure, withdrawal or suspension of the health approval.
