Aid for half-boarding of post-baccalaureate training courses 2012-2013
Description
The Region is mobilizing more than 4 million euros to help families of high school students who are struggling to pay for school meals.
The beneficiaries are high school students in public institutions, including those in post-baccalaureate training.
The rules for the individual allocation of the aid are defined by the board of directors of the secondary school but determined on the basis of a regional scale of family quotients.
The Region pays one or more annual allocations to the schools which manage them for the benefit of pupils: an initial allocation calculated on the basis of the number of scholarship holders and the shares of scholarships awarded to them by the State and voted on before the beginning of the school year. Adjustments are made during the year to take account of changes in staff numbers.
