Aid to funds for independent record stores 2011-2013
Description
The dataset concerns aid granted since 2011 as part of the aid to funds for independent record stores.
The Region promotes the expansion of music distribution outside the major distribution channels and the accessibility of the repertoire of current music to the people of Ile-de-France.
** _Beneficiaries_**
Independent record stores:
\- general or specialised, the main activity of which is the sale of new CDs, vinyls and DVDs;
\- of which 60% of the references offered for sale come from the catalogues of independent labels (labels of which no more than 30% of the share capital is held, directly/indirectly, by a multinational record company). The number of independent labels represented must be at least 40, with at least three independent distributors.
**_Eligibility conditions_**
Acquisition of a general discographic fund as part of the creation of the activity, or the constitution of a thematic discographic fund.
**_Nature and terms of aid_**
\- For the acquisition of a general fund: maximum rate of 50% of the subsidisable expenditure excluding VAT, up to a maximum of €10 000.
\- For the creation of a thematic fund: maximum rate of 50% of the subsidisable expenditure excluding VAT, up to a maximum of EUR 5 000.
Attention: support for the establishment of a thematic fund may only be granted every two years.
