Administrative acts of the Île-de-France Region
Description
Since 1 July 2022, pursuant to Articles L4132-12, L4141-1 and R. 4141-2 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities, a [web module](https://data.iledefrance.fr/pages/publication-des-actes/) publishes the following administrative acts (by gradually going back to the archives of December 2015):
* the deliberations of the Regional Council and its Standing Committee;
* the wishes and motions voted in session of the Regional Council;
* the decrees of the President of the Regional Council, as well as her decisions on subsidies during the COVID health crisis;
* the minutes of the meetings of the Regional Council and its Standing Committee.
In order to promote public information and access to regional law, the following will be progressively published:
* the reports of the Regional Council and its Standing Committee;
* the opinions of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of the Île-de-France region (CESER) given prior to the deliberations of the Regional Council;
* written questions to the President of the Regional Council and their answers;
* consolidated versions of the intervention regulations voted and amended by the Regional Council and its Standing Committee;
* the deliberations of the Agency for Green Spaces of the Île-de-France region.
This dataset proposes the completeness of the information published in the Administrative Acts module.
