Professional Equality Relationship Women-Men: permanent staff per working time
Description
Law No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 on access to full employment and improvement of the conditions of employment of contract staff in the civil service, on the fight against discrimination and on various provisions relating to the civil service and more particularly **Article 51**:
**Each year a report on professional equality between women and men shall be submitted to the technical committees, including data on recruitment, training, working time, professional promotion, working conditions, remuneration and the relationship between professional activity and personal life.**
** Decree No. 2013-1313 of 27 December 2013** on the annual report on professional equality between women and men in the civil service.
This dataset covers the component **_Permanent staff at the Haute-Garonne Departmental Council by sex and working time_** of the report.
**Each report shall cover data for the year preceding the year of publication of the report.**
