Description
This dataset offers the list of allergens present in the diet identified on the government website of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control.
The list of allergens is periodically revised based on scientific assessments and we invite you to consult the DGCCRF website for any changes and updates to this list.
We offer as an attachment the practical fact sheet on allergens published in May 2019 by the DGCCRF.
