First Pages in Haute-Garonne
Description
A mechanism initiated by the Ministry of Culture to reduce inequalities in access to books and writing culture, to raise awareness of books among babies and very young children, to promote collaboration between book and early childhood actors, and to promote youth literature. Led by libraries, the projects make children from 0 to 3 years old and their families aware of reading.
