Description
This dataset lists the deliberations adopted by the Municipal Council of the municipality of Labarthe-sur-Lèze, pilot authority of the support system for the opening of public data set up by the Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne.
This dataset complies with the specifications of the data models applicable to the Common Base of Local Data (CSDL) datasets aimed at homogenizing the publication in open data of essential data produced by territorial actors (local authorities or partners).
The SCDL standardization of the deliberation data model adopted by a local authority was developed with a view to ensuring its accessibility for use by all communities, but also to preserving their ability to automate the production of the dataset. _[(more information)](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs/)_
Beyond the legal obligations of transmission to the control of legality and publicity of the acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Collectivities, the publication in open data of the data of the deliberations adopted by a local authority makes it possible to improve the transparency of the public decisions taken by the various authorized bodies, whatever the territorial level considered.
