Violet garlic of Cadours AOC/PDO: market prices 2011 to 2022

Description

This dataset offers the evolution of the average price of the Cadours garlic market since 2011. These courses are set weekly at the end of the market on Wednesday mornings from July to November, during the harvest period, based on the quantities sold and the prices recorded. This weekly market is mainly aimed at traders, restaurateurs and professionals in the mouth trades who buy the goods directly from local producers. The violet garlic of Cadours meets a precise specification, approved by the decree of 17 December 2015 (available as an attachment). It conditions, among other things, the quality of the product, the calibration (diameter of the garlic head) and its packaging (strength, shear, bag and tray).
