Administrative account (years 2015 to 2017)
Description
The administrative account records the actual implementation of the community’s expenditure and revenue. It is established at the end of the year by the President of the Departmental Council. It shall be presented and put to the vote by the departmental councillors by 30 June of year N+ 1. It must be consistent with the management account presented by the Departmental Payor.
The administrative account presents the expenditure and revenue of the main budget and the related investment and operating budgets detailed by order and actual operations, chapter, article and functional heading. The accounting nomenclatures used are M52, M4 and M43. The statement presented takes into account the investment and operating results of the various financial years since 2016 but does not include the remains to be realised from these exercises.
