Description
Knowledge of the traffic of heavy vehicles is essential for sizing pavement structures. According to the importance of the average daily heavy-duty traffic, several classes of traffic are defined, from T5 to T0. This classification takes into account heavy goods vehicles, on the departmental road network, with more than 5 tonnes of payload on the busiest lane.
