Atlas of the landscapes of the Haute-Garonne: the medium Terrasses de la Garonne

Description

This dataset proposes the geographical outline of the landscape unit of the Terrasses Moyens de la Garonne.Located to the west of the department, the Terrasses Moyen de la Garonne constitute the transitional landscape unit between the Plaine de la Garonne to the east, and the reliefs of the Gasconian Hills of Savès and the Collines du Comminges to the west. The proximity of the Pyrenees is felt here, by the reliefs emerging on the edge of the territory but also by the panorama of the mountain range, which appears on multiple points of view.
