Atlas of the landscapes of the Haute-Garonne: the Plain of Revel

Description

This dataset proposes the geographical outline of the landscape unit of the Plaine de Revel. The Plaine de Revel settles between the Lauragais slopes to the west and the Black Mountain to the east. It is the eastern end of Haute-Garonne surrounded by the departments of Tarn and Aude. It meets the Sillon Lauragais in the south and extends north towards Castres for the benefit of the Sor valley. * * * * _**More:**_ knowledge tool offered to all, **the Landscape Atlas** identifies and characterises the landscapes of Haute-Garonne in their diversity, proposes a vision of the future for the quality of the territory, guides actions and gives them meaning. **24 Landscape Units have been identified** and are the subject of descriptive and prospective fact sheets to be discovered in full on [the site of the Atlas of landscapes of the Haute-Garonne](https://paysages.haute-garonne.fr/).
