Description
File identifying the presence of addresses in the National Address Base and absent from the operator’s IPES. ** No conclusions can be drawn from this data analysis without human qualification**. The purpose of these data is to be able to qualify certain addresses with the services of the communes and to counter the false ones of true positives.**
