Flood hazard areas (flood water levels)
Description
Spatial data on flood hazard areas - areas subject to low, medium, high probability flooding in rivers and along the coast of the Baltic Sea and Curonian Lagoon. The data contains: M1:2000 digital maps of snowmelt and rainfall low (0.1%), medium (1%), high (10%) probability flood hazard.
The data show flood boundaries and water level elevations in the LAS07 elevation system.
Data has been prepared for the implementation of the Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks. Data updated every 6 years.
