Data Set of Limited Land Use Areas (ArcGIS Mapping Service)
Description
The purpose of the electronic service is to make the information of the territories specified in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Special Land Use Conditions and registered in the Real Property Register where special land use conditions apply (the territories with special land use conditions) public. The electronic service will display maps in publicly available sources (e.g. Spatial Data Management Portal - REGIA, Lithuanian Spatial Information Portal, Territorial Planning and Construction Gateway, Information System of Topography and Engineering Infrastructure, etc.) that do not require authentication. The format of the data provided by the electronic service is cache, which is generated to increase the performance. The electronic service will also provide limited graphical and attribute information (boundary, type and unique number of the territory with special land use conditions) to comply with the GDPR and other data protection regulations. The frequency of updating the information provided is at least once a week. There are no use restrictions for this electronic service.
