Buffer strips (5 meters wide) along water courses (WMS service)
Description
Buffer strips (5 meters wide) along water courses spatial data created in order to implement the Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions standard 4 (GAEC 4) “Establishment of buffer strips along water courses” of the Strategic plan 2023-2027 for Agriculture and Rural Development of Lithuania, which aims to protect surface water bodies from pollution from agricultural activity. Buffer strips (5 meters wide) along water courses spatial data prepared as a basis using the graphic boundaries of unregulated natural water bodies - rivers, lakes, ponds, other water bodies (basins, ponds) identified in the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) Data Set of Lithuanian Republic KZS_DR5LT setting the buffer strip width of 5 meters. The data is updated once a year.
