Well covers and rain grille localization
Description
The GIS information system table of UAB Šiaulių vandenys provides location of water supply, waste water and rainwater covers and rain grilles. In order to ensure confidentiality, the records of the coordinates provided are modified by adding random values - noise generated by normal distribution with a 50 metre standard deviation parameter. When using this parameter, the well is folded over an average of 62 metres in a random direction. Data coverage – Siauliai City Municipality.
