Geological map of Lithuanian Quarter M 1:200 000
Description
The quarterback geological map shall indicate the lithological (material) composition, genesis (origin) and age of the nude forming the surface of the territory. The colour on the map shows the origin of the nudity and the darkness of the colour reflects the age of the nudity (the darker the colour, the older the slopes). The age is supplemented by bright red lines marking the maximum spread of the last - Nemunas - glacier, the edge of the Baltic stage of this glacier and the boundaries of the phases of the Baltic-stage glacier in southern, central and northern Lithuania. The lithological composition of the naked is marked with dots and bar symbols or other symbols. The Geological Map of the Lithuanian Quarter covers the entire territory of Lithuania.
