Biobankas

Description

“Biobankas” means a modern high-technology infrastructure which stores standardized collected biological samples of human beings and related clinical information intended for the scientific and industrial community of Lithuania and the world with a view to developing modern biomedical research, developing new medical and diagnostic tools and technologies. The Biobanko dataset of the National Cancer Institute shall include the following data relating to samples or their sources (patients): sample number, date of sampling, SEX, age, TLK-10 code (disease code according to the Intercontinental Classification of Diseases (edition 10)), pTNM (disease spread assessment according to THE TNM system (pathological))).
