Number of appeals to courts
Description
The number of court cases initiated by government representatives in the counties regarding the non-action of municipal administration entities (municipal council, director of administration and mayor) or the annulment/amendment of illegal legal acts (decisions of the municipal council, orders of the director of administration or mayor's decrees) and the number of appeals for investigation of normative legal acts are presented (data updated quarterly).
