Fixed network initial connection quality index (S01)
Description
The S01 index expresses the time that elapses from the moment an acceptable connection service order is accepted by a provider until the service is available for use (order completion). In the case of distance or off-premises contracts, the S01 index expresses the time that elapses from the expiration of the right of withdrawal (14 days), unless the subscriber waives the right of withdrawal, until the completion of the order.An acceptable service order is considered to be a complete and accurate order accompanied by the necessary documents.The provider presents the number of new connections and the 50th and 95th percentiles of the initial connection time, depending on the type of access network, whether number portability exists or not, and the telephony connection technology. The results are presented for the entire country and per Administrative Region.
