Public Administration Evaluation
Description
The application "Citizen Satisfaction Measurement for the Provision of Public Services" (axiologisi.ypes.gov.gr) allows citizens to evaluate the public services they have used, contributing to the improvement of Public Administration. All adult citizens who are registered in the National Communication Registry (E.M.Ep.) and have a residential address in Greece can participate in the evaluation. As part of the evaluation, the following categories were assessed using a numerical scale from 1 to 10, where 1 means "not at all satisfied" and 10 means "completely satisfied", as well as with the responses "No opinion" and "No answer": Central Government Services with physical presence (e.g., AADE/Tax Office, e-EFKA, DYPA, Land Registry, Residence Permits for Foreigners, Urban Transportation). Digital Central Government Services (e.g., AADE, MyHealth, Electronic Prescription, Digital Land Registry Services). Gov.gr Services (e.g., Declarations of Responsibility, Criminal Record Certificates, Kids Wallet, ID Appointment Booking, Digital Match Tickets, Business Registration, Electronic Fee Payment). Local Government Services (Municipalities and Regions) (e.g., Road Network, Sanitation, Street Lighting, Elderly Care Centers, Home Assistance, School Infrastructure, Nursery Schools, Playgrounds, Green Spaces, Recycling, Urban Planning, Citizens’ Service Centers - KEP, Municipal Police, Stray Animals). The information used was strictly limited to what was necessary for statistical analysis: age group and place of residence (municipality, district, community, postal code), and no personal data was stored. Finally, the following data points were retained: Whether the evaluating citizen visited specific services (KEP, DYPA, tax office, urban planning office, land registry office, and the residence permit service for foreigners). Whether the evaluating citizen has children of school age (Nursery School, Kindergarten, Primary School, Junior High School, and High School).
