1043-1: Public collection

Description

The dataset contains information about the subject/object of the law and its properties, which is kept in the A1043 agenda: Public collections. Basic description: a public collection certified on the basis of Section 5 of Act No 117/2001 on public collections and amending certain acts (the Public Collections Act), as amended Registered characteristics/data: 1043-1-1: the name and seat of the municipality or region, the resolution of the competent authority of the municipality or region on the consent to the holding of the collection not older than 60 days 1043-1-10: the conditions for opening and ascertaining the contents of cash registers, if the collection is held in the manner referred to in Section 9(1)(c) 1043-1-11: determining the amount of the contribution when selling items in the price of which the contribution is included, or determining the amount of the contribution on tickets if the collection is held in the manner referred to in Section 9(1)(d) or (e) 1043-1-12: the day of the year in respect of which the annual interim statement pursuant to Section 24(2) will be drawn up, if the collection is held for an indefinite period or for a fixed period of more than 1 year; 1043-1-13: the date of the year in respect of which the first annual interim statement pursuant to Section 24(2) will be drawn up, unless that date is the same as the date referred to in paragraph 2(h) 1043-1-14: Attachments to the Announcement of the Collection 1043-1-2: the name, surname, date of birth and address of the permanent residence of the mayor of the municipality, in the case of a municipality, or of the regional governor, in the case of a region, or of persons authorised by them to act on behalf of the relevant local self-governing unit in the matter of the collection; 1043-1-3: name (business name) of the legal person, registered office address, identification number and first names, surnames, dates of birth and addresses of permanent residence of persons who are statutory bodies of the legal person or members of the statutory body of the legal person 1043-1-4: name, surname, date of birth and address of permanent residence of a natural person authorised to act on behalf of a legal person in respect of a collection 1043-1-5: purpose of the collection 1043-1-6: the territory in which the collection will be held 1043-1-7: the start and end date of the collection, or an indication that it is held for an indefinite period of time 1043-1-8: method of implementation of the collection 1043-1-9: the name and address of the bank or its branch or a branch of a foreign bank with which a bank account is opened for the collection of contributions received by the collection, and the number of that account if the collection is held in the manner referred to in Section 9(1)(a);
