Basic description: Data on the rights and obligations of persons
Registered characteristics/data:
104-2-1: Name and identifier of the OVM that issued the decision
104-2-2: Legislation under which the decision was issued
104-2-3: Identification of the person who created the right or obligation
104-2-4: Name and code of the agenda in the execution of which the decision was issued
104-2-5: Definition of the rights and obligations of the person concerned by the decision
104-2-6: Information that the decision is assigned from the OVM according to the records of documents
104-2-7: Date of entry into force, enforceability or other legal effects of the decision
104-2-8: Designation of the roles whose holders have access to the reference data of the decision issued
